B
orn Paul Robert Hill on September 9th and raised in Baltimore Maryland, just south of the Mason Dixon line, Paul is the youngest of seven children raised by a single father, a former coal miner who moved from Virginia looking for work to support his family. Upon graduating from Southern High School in 1988, Paul went straight to work in a laminate factory for the next 10 years. Music has always been a big part of his life, growing up he notes musical influence's by many artists such as: Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Ronnie Milsap, Ray Charles, Led Zepplin, Merle Haggard, Keith Whitley, John Conlee, Bennie Mardonis, Brooks & Dunn, just to name a few.

Paul discovered he could sing at the tender age of seven and started singing in school plays and other functions. Through the years, after noticing he has a natural ability to sing far and wide, his vocal range, and along with the reaction and persuasion of people, Paul began to sing wherever and whenever possible, becoming very popular in the mid to late 90's. After being a success in his hometown, creating a large following, and with a little more persuasion, he decided to move to Nashville in 1998 to pursue a professional music career.
